Do you offer warranties or guarantees on your repairs?
Yes, we provide a 3-month warranty on base repairs, a 6-month warranty on sealed system repairs, and a 1-year warranty on high-end appliance sealed system repairs.
What is the service call fee?
We charge an $85 diagnostic fee and a $125 fee for high-end appliances. The service fee is waived if you approve the estimate.
How long will it take to repair my appliance once I approve the estimate?
Once parts are ordered, it usually takes 2-3 business days to complete the repair. If parts are backordered, we will contact the factory to get an estimated availability date.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, checks, and cash.
Do you handle in-warranty and out-of-warranty jobs?
Yes, we repair both in-warranty and out-of-warranty appliances for LG, GE, Samsung, and Dacor.
